The Templates section allows administrators to manage all predefined messages used across the platform, including for emails, SMS, documents, and calls. These templates are used in notifications, loan-related documents, and other automated communications.

How To Guides
1. How to View Templates
- From the top menu, click Templates.
- Select View Message Templates.
- Use the tab filters or search bar to find the desired template.
2. How to Filter Templates
- Click the appropriate tab: Document, Email, Text, or Call.
- Use the Filter by tag dropdown to filter by tags.
- Use the Filter by product dropdown to view templates tied to a specific product.
3. How to Search for a Template
- Type a keyword or template name into the Search bar.
- Press Enter or click outside the field to view results.
4. How to Create a New Template
- Click the + New Template button.
- Fill in the following fields:
- Name: Title of the template.
- Type: Choose from Email, Document, Text, or Call.
- Tags: Add or select relevant tags.
- Product Type: Link to a product (if applicable).
- Content: Compose your message using placeholders as needed.
- Choose to Save as Draft or Activate the template immediately.

5. How to Edit a Template
- Find the desired template from the list.
- Click the green Edit button beside it.
- Make changes to any field.
- Click Save to update the template.
6. How to Delete a Template
- Locate the template you wish to remove.
- Click the pink Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
7. How to Assign Templates to Notifications
Templates are linked during notification setup or loan product configuration:
- When creating a Notification, select the desired template from the list of available message templates.
- When setting up a Loan Product, assign related document templates during the product definition phase.
